TECHNOLOGY Our new factory has the latest technical achievements developed in the Iberian pork meat industry: total handling of the products through aerial rails, hanger systems for 1,000 Kg. which can be easily moved by one worker, neumatic vertical movements, salting process in containers, modern washing, massaging and shaping systems, the latest technology in sausage making and sophisticated presentations of the final products. Everything at the service of the traditional manufacturing process from the Sierra de Huelva: natural drying at cold temperatures and slow ageing in cellars.
